Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship worldwide across our three regions: Europe (including the UK, Switzerland and Norway), the United States, and Asia. Your region sets your currency and which partner fulfils your order.

Production + delivery time

Every item is made to order, so the total time is production time plus transit:

• Production: typically 2–7 business days.
• Transit: varies by destination and carrier, usually a few business days to a couple of weeks.

These are estimates, not guarantees. We'll email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost & free shipping

The delivery charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over the following amounts ship free:

• Europe: €60
• United States: $65
• Asia: ¥9,900

Customs & duties

For deliveries that cross a customs border (for example outside the EU), import duties or taxes may be charged on arrival by your local authorities. These are not included in our prices and are your responsibility.

Delays & lost parcels

Carrier delays can happen and are outside our control. If your tracking hasn't moved or your parcel appears lost, email info@yabaizoo.com and we'll help track it down or sort out a replacement.
